Tiffany Moffatt is certified as a Can-Fit-Pro Fitness Specialist, and a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist.  Tiffany is an active fitness instructor and fitness presenter, who has been a leader in the fitness industry for 24 years. She has a passion for fitness and loves to inspire others to achieve their personal best. Co-author of the Can-Fit-Pro Pre & Postnatal Specialist Certification course manual, Tiffany also specializes in teaching fitness classes to pregnant and postpartum women in the Greater Toronto Area. More recently, Tiffany has begun to realize her dream of finding creative expression through her work with SNAP Newspaper as a freelance photographer. Tiffany is also a regular presenter for the Dove Self-Esteem Program for Girls ages 8-12 years.
